Wilsons Coaching Academy was established with the vision of providing quality education and meaningful guidance to students who aspire to achieve academic excellence and build successful careers. The academy was founded with a strong belief that education should not only focus on marks but also on developing confidence, discipline, and critical thinking.
Located in Pune, Wilsons Coaching Academy offers coaching for CBSE students from Classes 9 to 12 in Mathematics, Physics, and Science. In addition to academic coaching, the academy also prepares students for defence entrance examinations such as NDA, CDS, and AFCAT, along with guidance for SSB interviews.
The academy aims to create a supportive learning environment where students are encouraged to ask questions, explore concepts deeply, and develop the skills needed to succeed in both academics and life.

Founder Profile
Wilson Shinde is an educator and mentor with a strong academic background and a passion for guiding young minds. He holds degrees in B.Sc, M.Sc (Physics), B.Ed, M.Ed, and M.A (Philosophy) and has extensive experience in teaching and mentoring students.
His teaching philosophy focuses on concept clarity, disciplined learning, and developing analytical thinking among students. Through Wilsons Coaching Academy, he aims to help students build strong academic foundations while also developing leadership qualities and confidence to pursue their ambitions.
